Agenda

The Electoral Reform Summit is a combination actual and virtual event that has been decades in the making.  It is the final step prior to mobilizing delegations of constituents to confront every Senator and Representative during the holiday recess, to present them with the Statement of Demand and the outline of the Electoral Reform Act of 2012 and ask for their commitment to co-sponsor the Act and ensure its passage by 15 February 2012.

Final details will be published on 4 December.  An enormous amount of preparatory activity is going on among the excluded political parties, notably the Reform Party, and with selected unions whose leaders understand that the two-party monopoly of political power and financial control has not been favorable to the workers of America.

7 December: Electoral Reform Summit (https://twitter.com/#!/ElectoralSummit)

15 December: Have a point of contact for every one of the Congressional Districts and a state coordinator.

20 December: Organize multi-sector constituent delegations to call on each representative and senator to present the Statement of Demand and Electoral Reform Act in draft, and demand their public agreement to co-sponsor the Act upon their return to DC from holiday recess.

5 January: National reading of the Act including a high profile public reading on the steps of Capitol Hill and a citizen delegation to the Speaker of the House.

Every day thereafter, campaign against the ones that have refused to co-sponsor, and help raise funds for the ones that have.
